Been pretty good so far this week.

Just trying to keep at it. It’s so hard because I feel so hungry all the time.

I just bloody love food.

But eaten around 1200 calories today, plus I’ve played netball so it’s all good. Might do some sit ups later if I can be bothered.

Tempted to take a malice tomorrow just to try and suppress my appetite a little bit. We will see though!

So I lost a few pounds for holiday, but nothing major.

My POA now is to lose weight for travelling in August.

I was good yesterday, had about 1500 calories but I played netball too.

Got netball tonight but still need to stick to being good. Best get over to myfitnesspal x

So I’ve not had the best day today food wise but going to ring the gym tommorrow. Well, my mum got me 10 passes at the gym- so need to use them up :).
Gonna go to my dads too and take their dog on a longggggg walk. 
Every little helps.
